The Short Version

ImmoIntel does not collect personal data. We don't have user accounts. Your data stays on your device in your browser's local storage. We don't track you, we don't sell data, and we don't use cookies for advertising.

2. What Data We Process

Local Storage

ImmoIntel stores your inputs (income, savings, property price, Bundesland) in your browser's local storage so your data persists between visits. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using your browser's “Clear site data” function.

Hosting & Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects technical information when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamp. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

3. Cookies

ImmoIntel uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g., session handling by our hosting provider). We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

Hosting: Vercel

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. A data processing agreement is in place. Standard contractual clauses apply for data transfers to the US. Vercel's privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Fonts: Google Fonts

We use Google Fonts loaded via next/font, which serves fonts from our own domain at build time. No requests are made to Google's servers at runtime. No personal data is transmitted to Google.

Affiliate Links

Some links in ImmoIntel are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link, the partner may set cookies on their own domain. We do not receive any personal data from these partners. Affiliate links are always clearly marked.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
